Yes, nearly all SGS MetaGrow products are Organic Input Materials (OIM), listed for organic crop production, by CDFA or OMRI, in accordance with the National Organic Program (NOP).

Yes, multiple species of these microbe genus are included in MetaGrow formulations, together with thousands of other less commonly known (but nonetheless important) genus and species.

Yes.  As microbes grow, multiply, and thrive, they build proteins, which are comprised of amino acids.  And they produce myriad metabolites, which provide many bio-relevant and plant enhancing benefits.  These amino acids and metabolites become available to plants as the microbe community is continually digesting food, being digested as part of their lifecycle, and actively delilvering nutrients to the plant.

The best way to compare microbe products is to identify the plant beneficial functions provided by the microbes in the product.  Multiply the number of beneficial functions by the population of the microbes and divide that by the cost per gallon.  This gives you a comparable number of plant beneficial functions per dollar.  These comparisons show that MetaGrow products typically deliver hundreds to tens of thousands more plant beneficial functions per dollar than our competitors.  See “How to Compare Microbe Products”

SGS guarantees microbe populations for 1 year.  In a practical sense, if stored out of the sun, the microbe lifespan in stasis is nearly indefinite. (In nature, this has been documented for thousands and even millions of years).
