Bob Wilt is a regenerative-organic berry grower with many years of experience transitioning fields and growing healthy crops without toxic inputs. He also helps other farmers through his consulting and fertilizer sales company Western Aglands.
In 2023 he tackled some difficult crop disease challenges - phytopthera in cane berries. He set out to prove that it's not necessary to replant cane berries after just 3 productive years. Bob has demonstrated success with an integrated biological fertility program that deploys microbes and balanced nutrition.

Chile Peppers with large, dense roots and healthy production
Fields of Chile in New Mexico show great vigor and dense root stocks going into the last 5 weeks of the crop season. The field treated with an integrated biological program including SGS MetaGrow, by Rio Gro regenerative agronomists, looks impressive compared to the untreated control.
Citrus Grove Restored to Health and Production
A Mandarin orchard in Oroville, California was in bad shape: chlorotic yellowed foliage and not bearing much fruit. They replaced their fertility program with a MetaGrow microbial and fertility program: Four applications of MetaGrow ST, MFood, Bloom Essentials and Synthesis Essentials. Within the same season the foliage looks great and there's a good crop set.
Vince told us: "I just wanted to call and tell you that we've applied your products four times to the soil around the Mandarin trees, and they're now beautifully dark green, not yellow anymore. They are full of fruits and look very healthy. ... we're very pleased with your product and it seems to be doing what it was supposed to do."
